Belt Length Problem

In each lot order belt length are not equal. it’s hard to keep a tension “equal”. If belt slip, it need time to fix and set a tension again.

Most of the problem is about Belt Length and tension, We need to stop and repair when belt turn inside out and need to reset a tension again. If we find out this problem out of the repair season, it will need more than 1-2 hrs.to fix this issue. This stop will lost more than 2,000 Tons of canes.
