Samart Kaset Yon Ltd Celebrates Harvester Delivery in Thailand
Celebration was in order in Mukdahan Thailand last weekend as the final unit of an order of 23 Samart Predator sugarcane harvester units was delivered to the Saharuang Co. sugar mill in time for the upcoming crushing season commencing later this month.
Pramonsilp Phoksawat, Chairman of Saharuang Sugar Mill in Mukdahan, emphasized the importance of continuous product development, stating, “One important message I would like to share with Samart Kaset Yon Ltd is the need for continuous development of sugarcane harvesters to further enhance quality and better meet market demand. As the number of machines in operation continues to increase, this will positively impact the spare parts production system by enabling larger-scale manufacturing, reducing costs, and allowing farmers to access spare parts at reasonable prices.”
He further expressed confidence in the company’s long-term role in supporting the sugarcane sector, adding, “I believe that if the company can achieve this, it will become a strong and reliable partner standing alongside sugarcane farmers. The Predator is a multi-purpose cane harvester that has become extremely successful since its release in 2022.
The machine’s ability to work effectively in restricted areas with challenging terrain, as well as high production fields, drove Saharuang’s selection for this application.
