  • Operations Copilot: Available for Insights Hub Copilot, it provides holistic insights into the entire plant. Additionally, at the machine level, Siemens plans to introduce Operations Copilot for frontline workers by the end of 2025. This new product is designed to empower frontline operators, service technicians, and maintenance engineers to work more efficiently by querying machine data and receiving troubleshooting guidance through natural language. Operations Copilot deploys easily at the machine level to provide machine operation guidance and operator instruction. For the process industry, Simatic eaSie, a Generative AI assistant, enables technicians and maintenance personnel to access plant and equipment information through conversational or voice interaction, making operations and maintenance more reliable and safer. 
  • Services Copilot (Maintenance Copilot Senseye): Enables maintenance teams to perform expert-level equipment analysis without requiring specific technical expertise. Recently expanded beyond predictive maintenance, it now covers the entire maintenance lifecycle. This solution supports everything from reactive repairs to predictive and preventative strategies. Pilot applications have shown an average 25% reduction in reactive maintenance time.
